Pension Plan
Qualinx contributes part of your yearly gross salary to your pension. There is no mandatory pension contribution for the Employee, however the Employee has the option to contribute a part of his gross salary to their pension up to a certain cap.
Vacation
You are entitled to a competitive amount of paid holiday days each year, based on a full-time schedule. After completing your first few years at Qualinx, you'll also earn additional vacation time for each year of service.

Vitality Budget
At Qualinx, you receive an annual vitality budget based on a full-time work schedule. This budget is provided through Alleo, an app that gives you access to a variety of suppliers focused on health and well-being.

You’ll have a conversation with our awesome recruiter, Eliz. This is where we get to know you and assess if you’re a great fit for our company culture—something we take very seriously at Qualinx!
In this session, we’ll explore your knowledge, skills, and experience to ensure alignment with the role.
You’ll meet your potential manager to discuss your experience in more detail and see how you fit within the team.
Our in-house recruiter will reach out to discuss an offer if everything aligns.
Once you accept, we’ll get you set up and ready to thrive at Qualinx!
First days at Qualinx
Your journey with us begins with a comprehensive onboarding experience designed to set you up for success. On your first days, you'll participate in essential training sessions and introductory meetings, getting to know our company culture, values, and the tools you'll be using.
You'll also meet key team members and stakeholders who will be instrumental in your journey here. You will get a guided tour of our facilities, ensuring you know where everything is, from your workspace to the best spots for coffee breaks. You'll start setting up your workspace and getting comfortable with your new environment.
By mid-week, you'll dive deeper into hands-on training specific to your role, giving you the chance to ask questions and get a feel for your daily tasks. Towards the end of the week, you'll begin working on initial tasks, applying what you've learned and starting to contribute to projects. By the end of your first week, you'll feel confident and ready to dive into your role at Qualinx. We're excited to have you on board and look forward to seeing you thrive!
