These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website located at www.qualinx.io, including any associated subdomains (collectively, the “Website”). By accessing, browsing, downloading, or otherwise utilizing any content, documentation, data, or software available on or through the Website (collectively, “Content”), the user (“you” or “User”) acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Permitted Use and Scope of Access
The Website and the Content are provided exclusively for informational and support purposes. All Content is offered on a non-binding basis and does not constitute legal, commercial, technical, or professional advice.

By submitting such Contributions, the User irrevocably grants to Qualinx a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, sublicensable, and unrestricted license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and otherwise exploit such Contributions for any purpose, including product development, engineering, marketing, and commercial distribution, without attribution or compensation.
Where applicable law prohibits the assignment of intellectual property rights, the User agrees to waive such rights to the maximum extent permitted and to grant Qualinx an equivalent license as stated above.
This provision does not apply to Qualinx customers who have entered into binding agreements for confidentiality or purchase, whose data will be handled in accordance with those governing terms.
3. Data Protection and Privacy
Qualinx is committed to the lawful and transparent processing of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Users may access the Website without disclosing personal information. However, Qualinx may use analytics and performance-tracking software to collect anonymized, non-personally identifiable information to enhance Website functionality and customer experience. Such information may be shared with authorized service providers acting on behalf of Qualinx.
Where Users voluntarily provide personal information—such as through contact forms, career applications, or support requests—Qualinx will process such data solely for the purpose for which it was collected and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Information regarding Qualinx products and services displayed on the Website is provided for reference only and does not constitute a representation that such products or services are available in all jurisdictions or at all times. Availability may be subject to regional restrictions or regulatory approval.
6. Software Downloads and Licensing
Where software (e.g., drivers or development tools) is made available for download on the Website (“Software”), and unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, such Software is licensed—not sold—on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis, solely for use in conjunction with authorized Qualinx hardware.
The User shall not:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software;
- Modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the Software;
- Make the Software publicly available, whether through open-source channels or otherwise.
All Software use must comply with any applicable open-source license terms referenced at www.qualinx.io/terms-conditions if such Software incorporates third-party components.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All Content made available on or through the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, design elements, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Qualinx or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Users may not reproduce, display, or use any Qualinx trademarks or third-party trademarks without the express prior written consent of the respective rights holder.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
